Dysphea

Dysphea, my lack of breath at night, and fish oil

Hello there. I’ll tell you about my experiences with asthma, exercise, breathing and my experience at night. During training for the Olympic Trials for Judo years ago, I would go to sleep at night after good work with a headache, and sometimes wake up gasping for breath and not feeling really well located to the low. After some research I discovered that I had many allergies that exacerbated my breathing, like dog hair, dog hair, dust mites, and all things to dust. I had become intolerant to many dairy products like cheese, milk and even chocolate. I noticed that if I had one too many of these products, I woke up gasping for breath in the middle of the night, especially if I had to work that night. Fast forward 25 years and I was at Ground Zero. After an asthma attack induced by exercise, my body trembling and nervous in the middle of the night making it difficult to sleep after my sleep was disrupted by an attack. FISH OIL! I was in my bathroom all the time. The omega-3 (fish oil) was Trader Joe’s, and I took 3 at a time just before bedtime after exercise, eat chocolate, ice cream, and deleting my face in my dogs fur. Fish oil is not one hundred percent clear my breath, but I think it improves my breathing at least 90 percent. Praise God for this wonderful gift. There are many more articles on the net and I invite you to the benefits of fish oil and asthma research.
